Network Edge provides 24 x 7 support as the first point of contact for
all network service events including faults, moves adds and changes, new
services, billing, and asset enquiries. This includes the screening and
prioritisation of service orders and ensuring they are forwarded to the
appropriate third party for action if required. Service components include:
